Discover the art of linocut printing in this Christmas Cards Lino Print Workshop, perfect for beginners! No prior experience is required. In a relaxed and friendly setting, Helen will walk you through each step of the process, teaching you how to design and carve your own Christmas-themed linocut. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a small set of single-color Christmas cards, ready to share with loved ones. This workshop is designed for complete beginners, but all skill levels are welcome. All tools and materials will be provided.
We will of course pause for a warm drink and a delicious sweet treat as is customary at the studio!
Take some time out for yourself, or enjoy the afternoon making memories with a friend or loved one. All tools and materials provided with all abilities welcome.

Helen Barlow is a printmaker and illustrator based in Chippenham. Since graduating from Bath Spa University in 2007, she has been developing a creative practice grounded in her passions—growing her own food and flowers, honoring the changing seasons and their traditions, folklore, and, of course, her love for cats.
Helen is also a director at Rooted Chippenham Community Garden - a local initiative designed to bring together people of all ages to promote sustainability, biodiversity, and community well-being through gardening.
